A Public Hearing will be held, April 12, by Bishop Mayor & Council on Annexation and Rezone of this 29.793 acre

parcel by owner Reids Ferry, LLC, at 1060 Cemetery Road, requesting this parcel, tax parcel #A07 034, be annexed

into Bishop & rezoned from County A-1 Agricultural as follows: 27.78 acre parcel proposed to be zoned A-1; 2.013

acres is requested to be zoned B-1 to accommodate a planned commercial use, per Application and Plat.

Bishop Mayor & Council will hear public comment, for & against, on the requested annexation & rezone, at
